The Local Run

A premium shared flyer to 10,000 local homes every month. Six local businesses share it, one panel each, one business per trade. So the only roofer, cafe or salon on it is you.

From letterbox to booking
How a flyer turns into a customer.
Follow one flyer through a customer's front door. It is the same story for a roofer, a cafe or a salon.
Posted
Your offer comes through 10,000 local letterboxes, on heavy card that feels worth keeping.
Landed
It lands on the mat beside five other local businesses, and never beside your competitor.
Kept
A good offer goes on the fridge and waits for the day it is needed.
Called
They scan your QR code or ring your tracked number, and every one is counted.
Booked
A quote, a table or a new regular. Whatever you sell, your report shows where it came from.
How the shared run works
Three simple rules that make it work.
Rule 1
One business per trade
Take the panel for your trade and no direct competitor gets on that run while you hold it. First come, first served, and your rivals go on the waiting list. This exclusivity is the flyer only.
Rule 2
We do the lot
Panel design, a fresh offer each month, premium print and GPS tracked door to door delivery. Your whole job is approving your panel on your phone.
Rule 3
Everything is tracked
A unique QR code and tracked number or offer code on your panel. Your monthly report shows scans, calls and enquiries, to the pound.

Fair questions
Is a flyer really worth it?
Do people not just bin them?
A cheap flyer, yes. A well designed one on heavy card with a real offer sticks around, on the fridge or in the kitchen drawer, until the boiler goes or Friday night needs a plan. Online ad costs climb every year while the letterbox gets quieter. Right now it is often the only piece of local marketing a household actually holds that week.
How do I know it worked?
Every panel has its own QR code and tracked number or offer code. Your report shows scans, calls and redemptions. If a drop does not pay for itself, we will tell you before you spend again.
What does a leaflet drop normally cost?
For 10,000 homes, roughly £350 to £600 to deliver alongside other leaflets, £950 to £1,500 on its own, plus about £850 to print on heavy card. See the full breakdown.
Can my competitor get on the same run?
No. One business per trade per area, first come first served. If your rival got there first, we will tell you straight and add you to the waiting list for that edition.
What areas do you cover?
Flyer runs go out across Buckinghamshire from our base in Marlow: Marlow, Bourne End, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Princes Risborough and the villages between. New editions open as panels fill.
