What we collect and why

When you submit the audit form or email us, we collect your name, business, phone, email and the details you give us, and we use them only to reply and to carry out work you ask us to. We do not sell your data or add you to mailing lists without asking.

When you send the audit form, your details are held briefly on our website host, Cloudflare, until our own system collects them, which is usually within a minute. They are then deleted from the website and kept only in our own records. We use them to reply, to prepare your audit and, if you become a client, to run your work. If you give us an email address we send you one confirmation email; we do not add you to a mailing list.

Our flyers carry QR codes and short links. When one is scanned, we count the scan, the date and the country so we can show our clients how their flyers are doing. We do not record who you are or your full internet address.

Some flyers carry a tracked phone number. If you call one, your call goes straight through to that business and is never recorded. We note the time, how long the call lasted, whether it was answered and the number you called from, so the business can see how its flyer is doing and ring you back if it missed you. We use your number only for that, and never to contact you ourselves.

We count visits to this website with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other websites. It tells us which pages people read and roughly where visits come from. You can contact us any time to ask what we hold, or to have it removed, at hello@revivemedia.uk.
